Nick Chahine brings a wealth of construction management experience in a wide array of projects, such as: commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, retirement facilities, and tenant improvements. He’s worked with many renowned industry leaders, including Barry Swenson Builders and W.L. Butler.
A seasoned developer, Dave Atwal has led over 100 successful projects in the Bay Area since 1998. From exquisite custom homes to commercial buildings and multi-family dwellings, Dave has seen—and built—it all.
